Expertise: Proven mastery in Yoga (Asana, Pranayama), with a strong foundational understanding of Sound Healing, Meditation, Naturopathy, and therapeutic Yoga. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting yoga and meditation sessions, preferably within luxury wellness resorts, retreats, or high-end centers.
