• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets. • Drive life insurance sales through the Bharat Banca channel. • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and branch teams. • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and improve productivity. • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals. • Conduct regular reviews and support team members in customer acquisition.
