Villa Supervisor - Luxury Properties -

WE ARE HIRING: VILLA SUPERVISOR – Luxury Properties - ⭐

 Location:  North Goa

 Salary:  ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Villa Supervisor  to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of luxury villas in North Goa. This role combines property operations, facilities coordination, and guest relations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned luxury villas.
• Ensure villas are maintained to the highest presentation and operational standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Supervise housekeeping and operational support teams.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, and in-house guest experiences.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and operational issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years' experience  in villa management, hospitality operations, hotel operations, property operations, or a similar hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and external service providers.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
