Marketing Manager UPVC/aluminium windows & doors industry

We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager for a *field-based role* who can handle sales, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate must have experience in the *uPVC/aluminum windows & doors industry* and be confident in client handling and on-site visits. Key Responsibilities: * Visit sites, dealers, and clients to generate business * Manage and increase *sales performance* in assigned areas * Handle *customer interactions and follow-ups* * Maintain and update *customer database and records* * Perform *customer calling* for lead generation and follow-ups * Identify new business opportunities in the market * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and clients * Track daily visits, leads, and sales conversions * Coordinate with office team for smooth project execution * Ensure professional conduct while dealing with clients Skills & Requirements: * Strong communication and convincing skills * Experience in *marketing/sales (preferably in windows, doors, aluminium, glass, or construction industry)* * Ability to handle *field sales and client management* * Good networking and relationship-building skills * Professional attitude and presentable personality Eligibility Criteria: * Male candidates only * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in field marketing/sales * *Qualification: +2 pass or above (skills matter more than degree)* * Must be from *related industry (uPVC, aluminium, glass, construction, etc.)* Work Environment: * Field-based role with regular site visits * Performance-based growth opportunities
