About the role Support and manage Saviynt certification campaigns to ensure accurate access certification, compliance, and timely resolution of related issues. Key responsibilities Execute end-to-end Saviynt certification campaigns including setup validation, launch support, monitoring, and closure. Ensure client-specific access certification requirements are met through manual data collection and validation. Monitor campaign progress, identify and resolve issues related to access visibility, reviewer assignments, notifications, and remediation processes. Coordinate with business users, application owners, and vendors to resolve dependencies and ensure timely campaign completion. Maintain documentation, support procedures, and prepare reports including campaign status, metrics, exceptions, and audit evidence.
