We're looking for a Senior BIM Modeller who can own a package end-to-end — model it, document it, check it, and stand behind it when the consultant comments come back. What you'll do Own architectural and facade models through LOD 300 → LOD 400 Produce facade shop drawing packages: panel layouts, marking plans, sections, typical and interface details Detail bracket and anchor arrangements, slab edge conditions, parapets, stack and movement joints Reconcile panel schedules, BOQ and layouts — and catch the mismatches before the client does Run coordination and clash checks in Navisworks; raise and track RFIs Set up sheet sets, revision control and issue-ready PDF exports Self-QC your own package against the drawing standard before it leaves the office...
