Job Description Key Responsibilities Direct Client Acquisition Identify, develop, and acquire new direct clients across industries including Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Government. Generate new staffing opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, and strategic prospecting. Schedule and conduct meetings with hiring managers, procurement teams, HR leaders, and vendor management professionals. Negotiate staffing agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), rate cards, and commercial terms.
