Role Overview
Seeking dynamic CASA RM to drive Current & Savings Account acquisition, deepen customer relationships, and deliver branch-level growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Current Account & Savings Account customers.
- Drive acquisition through open market, references & branch walk-ins.
- Cross-sell banking products (TD, Insurance, Cards, Digital).
- Ensure KYC compliance & smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in CASA / Branch Banking / Retail Sales .
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of local market preferred.
- Graduation mandatory.
