Area Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Growth: Achieve primary/secondary sales targets, expand distribution, improve outlet coverage and drive focus SKUs/new launches. Distributor Management: Manage distributor operations, stocks, claims, collections, manpower and ROI. Team Management: Lead, coach and monitor Sales Officers to achieve targets, beat coverage and productivity. Market Execution: Ensure effective beat planning, merchandising, visibility, range selling and new product placement. Competition: Track competitor pricing, schemes, launches and market activities and recommend corrective actions. Reporting & Technology: Ensure SFA/DMS compliance, monitor sales performance and submit regular reports. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with RSM, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, distributors and key retailers.
