Key responsibilities 1. Compliance Management Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., ESI, PF, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.). Audit Execution Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external labour compliance audits across company locations. Prepare audit checklists and ensure compliance against key labour acts (BOCW Act, CLRA Act, EPF Act, etc.). Document audit findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions. 3.
