

JSW Inspire Institute of Sport is looking for a Programme Delivery Lead in Vijayanagar, Bellary, Karnataka.
Role Overview:
The Programme Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, leading, and overseeing all logistics operations to ensure seamless support for athletes, coaches, officials, and support staff across training camps, competitions, and sporting events. The role manages end-to-end travel and accommodation, visa and documentation processes, ground transportation, vendor partnerships, and financial coordination related to logistics. Working closely with internal stakeholders, sports federations, and external service providers, the Programme Delivery Lead ensures timely, cost-effective, and high-quality logistics solutions while maintaining operational excellence, mitigating risks, and leading the logistics team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-performance sports environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end logistics planning and execution for training camps, competitions, and sporting events.
· Manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and local transportation.
· Develop logistics plans, travel schedules, and contingency measures to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Coordinate and manage travel agencies, transport providers, hotels, and other logistics vendors.
· Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and monitor service quality.
· Process, verify, and track vendor invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.
· Liaise with the Finance team for invoice processing, advances, reimbursements, and payment follow-ups.
· Ensure timely processing of visas, passports, and all travel-related documentation.
· Coordinate with athletes, coaches, federations, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
· Maintain logistics records, travel documentation, and operational reports.
· Lead and mentor the logistics team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
· Handle emergencies, last-minute changes, and travel disruptions effectively.
Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience of at least 4-5 years in sports, event, or travel logistics management.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
· Expertise in travel, visa, vendor, and invoice management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Educational Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
· A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Logistics, Operations, Sports Management is desirable.
· Professional certifications in Logistics, Project Management, or Travel Management will be an added advantage.
