About the role We are seeking an experienced Oil Palm Irrigation Manager to lead irrigation management operations across a large-scale oil palm plantation. This role is critical in optimizing irrigation efficiency, maintaining water systems, and supporting sustainable oil palm production in line with industry standards. Plan, design, and implement modern irrigation and drainage systems. Develop irrigation schedules based on weather, rainfall, and soil conditions. Manage water sources to ensure a reliable supply. Oversee maintenance of irrigation equipment, reservoirs, pipelines, canals, and drainage infrastructure.
