The Customer Success Executive will report directly to the Founder & CEO, Jess Tang. This role will:
- Be extremely creative when using AI for hustling and selling
- Be unapologetically shameless in promoting Mavic.ai
- Convert and activate new paying customers, and check in with them to ensure they're using Mavic.ai to their full potential
- Be a self-starter. There are no playbooks and SOPs, you write them
- Be a Mavic.ai ambassador to the customer, and be the customer ambassador internally
- Email outreach with AI tools like Apollo.io, cold calls, handle customer inquiries and work with Product team to conduct customer training
Must-Haves:
- Great communication skills and ideally loves talking to strangers. Be ready to always be camera-ready, and jump on calls with customers at any time.
- Curious about people - you are genuinely interested to know more about others
- Passionate about creativity, marketing and AI.
- You have a hobby you would take every opportunity to share - could be music, food, travel, books, movie, pets, plants, something!
- Ambition and discipline.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with marketing, content, or creative tools
- Worked in marketing, ideally a marketing agency
- You have a track record for beating numbers and goals
