Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Electrical Charge hands / Foremen for a reputed project in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory experience in electrical installation works, the ability to read electrical drawings, and knowledge of electrical standards and site execution. Candidates with Gulf experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities at the project site.
  
• Lead and manage electricians and electrical technicians.
  
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
  
• Ensure electrical works are executed according to project specifications and safety standards.
  
• Monitor work progress and maintain productivity targets.
  
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for smooth execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
  
• Conduct inspections and resolve site-related electrical issues.
  

Salary: Up to 58000 INR Per Month

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, chargehand, or foreman roles.
  
• Good knowledge of electrical installation standards and procedures.
  
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
  
• Experience in construction, MEP, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  
• Gulf experience preferred.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
