We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to lead the organization's accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, payroll, finance, and financial planning functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and finalisation of the balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement, and Financial Statements.
- Prepare Financial Consolidation, MIS reports, Management Reports, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modelling, Variance Analysis, Profitability & Margin Analysis, and Financial Benchmarking.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Flow Management, and Working Capital.
- Handle Multi-Entity Accounting, Cross-Border Operations, Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation, International Entity Management, FEMA Compliance, FC-GPR, and FC-TRS.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Direct & Indirect Tax, GST Reconciliation, Form 26AS Reconciliation, TRACES, Statutory Audit, Tax Assessments, Tax Appeals, Due Diligence, and Tax Planning.
- Supervise Payroll Management, Contractor Reconciliation, EPFO, and ESIC compliance.
- Utilise Tally/TallyPrime, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), GST Portal, and Income Tax e-Filing Portal for financial operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while coordinating with auditors, banks, government authorities, promoters, senior management, and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- CA preferred. MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience will also be considered.
