The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities: ∙ Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
∙ Provide accurate information to customers regarding our logistics services. ∙ Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively. ∙ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database. ∙ Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes. ∙ Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications: ∙ 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
∙ Working knowledge of logistics and or supply chain operations is a plus ∙ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ∙ Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure. ∙ Proficient in using call center software and CRM tools. ∙ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ∙ Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
