Sessions are initiated by users on demand, and you choose your own availability. This is not clinical psychotherapy. Instead, it is evidence-informed supportive counseling designed to help individuals navigate everyday stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, career pressures, grief, self-esteem concerns, and overall emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct real-time voice and chat sessions with users on topics including stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, career transitions, and general emotional well-being. Apply evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused techniques, as appropriate to your training.
