Prepare and present CMA data, project reports, financial projections, information memorandums and credit notes for bank submissions. Manage relationships with existing bankers, lenders and financial institutions — including regular reviews, renewals, enhancements and compliance reporting. Handle stressed and NPA account resolution — develop and negotiate OTS (One Time Settlement) proposals, restructuring plans and resolution strategies with banks and ARCs.
