1. Financial Planning and Budgeting
Responsible to prepare budgets and financial forecasts to guide the organization’s future activities. To allocate resources efficiently and monitor spending to ensure departments operate within approved budgets.
2. Financial Analysis
To analyse financial data to evaluate the company’s performance. By studying trends, costs, and revenues, they provide insights that help management make strategic decisions.
3.Cash Flow Management
Ensure that the organization has sufficient cash to meet its obligations. To monitor cash inflows and outflows and manage working capital effectively.
4. Compliance and Risk Management
To ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Identifying potential financial risks and implementing control measures is also part of their role.
5. Investment and Funding Decisions
