Pharmacy Technician

Boca Pharmacy Group is hiring 3 or more remote Pharmacy Software Specialists to support US pharmacy operations. We are creating separate remote postings for several international talent pools including the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, and other regions. This listing is remote for the location shown on LinkedIn and requires meaningful overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

Process and support prescription workflows in PrimeRx or similar pharmacy management systems such as PioneerRx, Rx30, BestRx, QS1, Computer Rx, EnterpriseRx, FrameworkLTC, or Epic Willow.

Support pharmacy claims processing, insurance follow up, prior authorization workflows, billing queues, data entry, and exception review.

Assist with 340B operational checks, contract pharmacy support, duplicate discount and diversion awareness, and documentation follow through.

Work in our OpenClaw automation environment and support live SQL assisted workflows under defined access controls.

Maintain accurate notes, escalate issues clearly, and follow secure handling practices for US healthcare data.

What we are looking for

Hands on experience with PrimeRx or another pharmacy management, claims, PBM, EHR, or medical billing system.

Prior remote work for US healthcare, pharmacy, BPO, RCM, PBM, or medical billing clients is strongly preferred.

Strong written and spoken English, reliable attendance, and comfort working with US based teams.

Awareness of HIPAA style privacy, PHI handling, MFA and password hygiene, and secure remote work practices.

Strong attention to detail with prescription, claims, billing, or patient admin data.

SQL, Excel, reporting, or workflow automation exposure is a plus.

This is not a generic virtual assistant role. We are prioritizing candidates who have worked inside pharmacy or healthcare software systems and can handle regulated healthcare operations carefully.

Remote contract role.
