Qualifications
- Master s degree in Human Resources
- Law graduates preferred
Experience & Skill Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of managerial-level HR experience
- Strong exposure to industrial relations, labour laws, and employee welfare
- Experience in manufacturing organizations with 200+ employees , including contract workforce
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Handle labour conciliation proceedings and statutory negotiations
- Lead union negotiations , wage settlements, and grievance handling
- Manage labour-related cases before courts and statutory authorities with support from advocates and consultants
- Drive employee welfare initiatives and maintain industrial harmony at the plant
Candidate Profile
- Willing to relocate to Cuddalore with family
- Age group: 40 to 55 years
- Male candidates preferred (as per operational requirements)
Compensation
- CTC up to 15 Lakhs per annum , negotiable based on experience and exposure
