Branch Manager – Variable Agency Channel - CTC UPTO 14 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the branch operations for the Variable Agency Channel .
• Recruit, develop, and manage a strong team of Business Associates, Agency Leaders, and Life Insurance Advisors.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Ensure effective training, mentoring, and motivation of team members to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and review team performance; implement strategies for consistent growth.
• Build strong customer and advisor relationships by delivering appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Who Can Apply :

• Minimum 8+ years of Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel experience .
• Team handling experience is required.
• Strong leadership, people management, and business development skills.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets in the insurance sector.
