Fabrication Manager We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead our heavy fabrication operations. The ideal candidate should in fabrication, welding, production planning, and project execution within heavy engineering industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end fabrication shop operations from raw material receipt to final dispatch. Heavy fabrication, alloy steel equipment manufacturing, piping and pressure parts, furnace and reformer assemblies, radiant tube systems, industrial rollers. Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to ensure timely project completion. Lead fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and inspection activities. Supervise and optimize manpower, including welders, fitters, supervisors, and operators. Review fabrication drawings, BOMs, GA drawings, and engineering documents.
