Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CHRO will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support to the CHRO, ensuring effective management of schedules, meetings, communications, and strategic HR initiatives. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CHRO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring optimum utilization of time. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership discussions. Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CHRO as required. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive HR and business information. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with senior leadership team members, business heads, HR leaders, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between the CHRO's office and various business units. Track action items arising from leadership meetings and ensure timely closure. Organize leadership reviews, HR governance meetings, and employee engagement forums. MIS & Reporting
Prepare and consolidate HR dashboards, reports, presentations, and analytics for leadership reviews. Track key HR metrics and follow up with relevant stakeholders for data and updates. Support the CHRO in preparing presentations for Board, Management Committee, and business reviews. Project & Governance Support
A ssist in driving strategic HR projects and initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and governance requirements. Maintain records of key decisions, action trackers, and project documentation. Support HR audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities as required. Event & Travel Management
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CHRO. Manage logistics for leadership offsites, HR conferences, town halls, and employee engagement events. Process expense claims and maintain related documentation. Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
