Role Purpose-
To manage smooth & efficient functioning of Quality Assurance- CUSTOMER SERVICE Section and To handle MSIL related requirements for product , process and change management specifically
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Sequencing defects analysis summarization and documentation / Past Countermeasure document control and verification,
- Collection of Data from shopfloor for SMIR & 4M online report which is to be submitted on MSIL Extranet & Upload on Portal,
- Daily updation of Defect,line rejection,Stock rejection,Warranty, Daily DI & CARV status from Customer portal,
- Lotout intiation, execution & clearence,
- Inspection, Documentation & Sample preparation of Parts as per Revalidation plan/ Customer visit/Audits,
- MSIL sequencing PPM, rejection & GCA display on shop floor via OPL and Claim Information sheet display for any defect,
- Initiate & ensure the Engineering changes implementation in the parts as per customer requirement,
- MSIL Warranty rejection cost reduction,
- Sample evaluation during initial product development,
- Total employees involvement,
- Training and understanding of person to attend market claims,
- Monitoring of past claim countermeasures on monthly basis,
- Monitoring & evaluate packing quantity increased in pallet,
- Manage multi-claims during one visit,
- Co-ordinate to send inspection gauge at customer sites for glass inspection through company's dispatch trailer,
- To participate in section budgeting and control,
- To monitor & implement SOP's for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety norms,
Required Expertise-
Knowledge of Glass Manufacturing process., Claim handling procedure,
Excellent in Problem solving techniques, Engineering change procedure, FMEA, PQCT, PPAP ,MSA, SPC
Role Requirements-
-3-6 years of total experience,
-B.Tech./B.E. (Mechanical) must have qualification
-Required industry exposure- Manufacturing/Auto/OEM
