
Factor is looking for a sharp, organised and technically capable Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the operational engine behind our weekly marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves the detail: building lists, preparing campaigns, writing and formatting drafts, cleaning data, managing unsubscribes, updating HubSpot, checking campaign health and making sure every send goes out properly.
You’ll work across email marketing, CRM hygiene, campaign operations and basic automation. The right person will be fast, structured, reliable and comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Zapier and HTML email templates.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong marketing common sense, can spot mistakes before they become problems, and takes pride in keeping campaigns clean, accurate and moving.
