The Role We are looking for an experienced Researcher to join our team in Gurgaon or Mumbai. You will be involved in a wide variety of activities including the value chain of entire search life cycle from assisting consultants in the identification of business development opportunities through the executive search process, to the closure of an assignment. Broadly, the role accountabilities include: Managing the Search Pipeline & Process Formulate and execute compelling search strategies independently and contribute to its execution Consistently identify and develop “best in class”, high quality, diverse candidate slates Manage candidate and client communications throughout the search process.
