Position: Senior Manager – HR Operations Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Mumbai Department: Human Resources Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Handle onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits. Manage employee records, HRMS/HRIS, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Coordinate with Finance/Payroll teams for monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs. Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Prepare HR MIS and reports covering headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll, joining, and exits.
