Job Purpose: Position Summary The Manager, Regulatory Compliance APJ is responsible for leading and supporting export compliance activities across the Asia Pacific region with India being a key focus market. This role will be based in India and ideally in Mumbai and will provides day-to-day guidance on export control matters, manages compliance escalations, implements trade compliance programs, and ensures adherence to applicable export regulations and internal policies. The position serves as a key business partner to Sales, Operations, Logistics, Customs Brokers, and other stakeholders, while also supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, audits, training programs, and government inquiries. A strong understanding of U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), India export controls, and regional export control regulations, requirements and processes is essential.
