- Technical Procurement: Lead the end-to-end purchase of specialized engineering equipment (reactors, valves, Pumps) and ensure full compliance with industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and drive the procurement team to meet performance goals and foster professional growth.
- Financial Impact: Take ownership of budgets and lead cost-saving initiatives that directly boost the bottom line.
