Responsibilities Lead the Academic and Non-Academic functions in the respective campus. Articulate a strategic vision for the school and the ability to lead and manage change to achieve that vision. Design and deliver annual academic priorities and strategies in line with the organisation’s business plan. Promote and support the mission, vision, and direction of Global Schools Group. Oversee the IB curriculum in the campus Develop and provide appropriate learning, curriculum programmes and methods of instruction. Work closely to understand student achievements, results, and feedback in the campus, and to identify areas for improvement. Evaluate teaching programmes’ relevancy and effectiveness relating to the development of students’ cognitive, physical, aesthetic, social, moral, and leadership capabilities.
