ABOUT THE ROLE Vijayi Bharat Foundation is looking for a foreign expert to join their HPC in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The Head Coach – Compound Archery at Vijayi Bharat Foundation will play a pivotal role in leading the development and performance of the compound archery programme, across both men’s and women’s events, including archers across senior, junior and cadet age groups. The core responsibility of this position is to deliver world-class performance coaching, establish performance plans, and ensure that athletes are fully prepared to compete at the highest levels, both nationally and internationally. Key aspects of the role include integrating training with sports science, performance analysis, and competition readiness while maintaining alignment with VBF’s vision and high-performance culture.
