This role is for those who have executed 400 KV & 765 KV Substation Project Only. Overall responsible for managing & leading the Substation Projects from Initiating to close out phase as per contract schedule. Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction, collaborating with the engineering team to find practical solutions. Manage the procurement of necessary materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project requirements and are delivered on time. Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures throughout the project, conducting regular inspections to ensure that construction work complies with design and quality requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that it aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
