Key responsibilities: Recruitment and staffing Handle recruitments at optimal cost at Brewery level, with assistance from HO Induction of freshers and lateral joinees to the Brewery Provide timely and accurate information for reports and presentations Performance Appraisals Ensuring annual appraisals on time Ensuring Goal setting process is done on time Statutory Compliance Timely adherence and compliance with various labour laws and other statutes applicable to the factory in the state and at a central level. Zero incident count on compliance-violation. Liaison with labour office, factory inspector, PF department, labour welfare board, Panchayats, Municipality, police and other statutory institutions and bodies.
