

Rotation Training
During the first 12 months of this comprehensive program, you will gain hands-on experience rotating across some of our different teams: Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, Recruitment (Recruitable), IT and Operations over 12 months.
The next 12 months will be spent focusing on a specific area of specialisation, where you can master your skills. Upon successful completion of the Future Leaders Program, you will have an opportunity to be offered an Assistant Manager Role within a designated team at Capital Placement.

Program Responsibilities:Rotational Assignments: Participate in a structured 4-month rotation through some of our teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Recruitment, to gain comprehensive exposure and hands-on experience in each department.
Skill Development: Learn from industry leaders and develop critical skills such as relationship building with clients, B2B sales, social media management, industry research, copywriting, and talent sourcing.
Team Collaboration: Assist teams in delivering high-quality work, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to the success of various projects and initiatives.
Professional Growth: Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs, to enhance professional competencies and prepare for future leadership roles.
