This role is for someone who can think strategically, drive execution and connect the dots across the organisation . Key Responsibilities: • Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans • Drive strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives • Track key business priorities, KRAs, KPIs & critical actions • Prepare management reviews, MIS, dashboards & decision briefs • Coordinate with CXOs/HODs to ensure execution and accountability • Identify gaps, bottlenecks and execution risks and drive closure • Support leadership in strategic planning and business transformation • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and follow-through • Conduct data-driven analysis and provide actionable insights • Ensure confidentiality and disciplined governance of leadership priorities
