About Bodhi Mind Care

Bodhi Mind Care is a multi-branch integrated mental health and wellness organisation based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We offer Brain Clinics, Psychology, Psychiatry, Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, De-addiction Programmes, and Leadership Development through the Bodhi Mind Care Institute — serving children, older adults, schools, colleges, hospitals, and the wider community. The Role

As Community Outreach & Partnerships Manager, you will be our bridge to the community — building institutional relationships, expanding our referral networks, and ensuring our services are visible and accessible across Coimbatore and the surrounding region. This is a field-facing, people-first role with real, tangible impact.

✅ What You'll Do

• Establish MOUs with universities, colleges, schools, and educational institutions
• Build referral tie-ups with private hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors through mutual care arrangements
• Partner with civic bodies and service clubs — including Lions, Rotary, and Alliance Club Coimbatore — to organise wellness workshops and awareness events
• Coordinate meetings between Bodhi Mind Care leadership and Medical Directors at partner hospitals
• Engage local medical associations and professional bodies to strengthen our institutional presence
• Promote all Bodhi Mind Care services — from psychiatry and psychology to de-addiction and occupational therapy
• Represent Bodhi Mind Care at health fairs, community events, and public forums

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in community outreach, partnerships, institutional liaison, or healthcare relations
• Bachelor's degree minimum;
  MBA, MSW, or MPH preferred
• Fluent in Tamil and English — a strong communicator in both
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Background in healthcare, public health, social work, or business development is a strong advantage
• Genuine passion for mental health and community wellbeing
