Role and responsibility
- Manage and strengthen relationships with partner bank branches to drive insurance sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through the banca (bank assurance) channel.
- Conduct regular meetings with Branch Managers and bank staff to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products, features, and sales techniques.
- Generate leads from the bank’s customer base and convert them into business opportunities.
Desired Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or banking.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with bank staff and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel within assigned bank branches.
