PROGRAM MANAGER Program: Machine Supply & Installation 1. ROLE PURPOSE Own the end-to-end execution of the customer machine supply and installation program from site readiness through installation, testing, commissioning, customer acceptance and final closure. The Program Manager is the single point of accountability for program execution, ensuring alignment of internal teams, DRIs, vendors and customer stakeholders within approved scope, timeline, budget, technical, quality and safety requirements. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Program Ownership & Execution Own the complete program execution plan, milestones, dependencies and timelines. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, services and vendors required for execution. Monitor progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
