Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct customer acquisition .
- Promote and sell life insurance products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Provide financial product guidance and suggest suitable insurance plans.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Agency Channel / Direct Sales / Insurance Sales

- Experience in Life Insurance Sales / Agency / Direct Channel
- Strong local market network will be an added advantage.
