We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Zoho Finance applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in implementing and managing Zoho Finance solutions, assisting with client onboarding, and providing functional support related to accounting, taxation, and compliance processes.
Requirements
Provide end-to-end client support for Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance applications, including daily client calls, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate finance and software solutions.
Assist in the implementation of Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance applications as per client business requirements.
Understand client accounting processes and configure modules such as GST, Taxes, Invoice Templates, and Chart of Accounts.
Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Zoho Finance applications.
Assist in data migration from Tally ERP / Tally Prime and other accounting software to Zoho Books.
Provide functional guidance to clients on GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, and accounting workflows within Zoho Books.
Coordinate with the Implementation and Technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.
Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring timely responses, effective communication, and proactive support.
