Role Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to support outbound calling for the US market. The role involves calling prospects, introducing company services, qualifying leads, fixing appointments, and maintaining accurate follow-up records.
The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to engage prospects in a clear, polite, and confident way.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the US market.
- Introduce company services and generate interest through professional conversations.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, interest level, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages where required.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, notes, and follow-up activities in CRM or Excel.
- Handle basic objections and keep conversations polite, relevant, and professional.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team on qualified opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversations, follow-ups, and meetings booked.
Required Skills
- Good spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
- Ability to speak with US-based business prospects professionally.
- Basic understanding of IT services, technology solutions, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Good listening, questioning, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline with call tracking and follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, email, and LinkedIn is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B calling, IT services lead generation, or international outbound calling.
- Experience calling US prospects for technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
- Familiarity with services such as AI solutions, cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, web/mobile development, or IT support will be an added advantage.

Work Timing
