Job description: Key Responsibilities Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization. Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry. Develop innovative products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes. Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables. Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation, and performance benchmarking. Design and execute trials for new products and process improvements. Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
