Technical Program Manager

Role Description We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive graduates and/or postgraduates in Engineering to manage and coordinate innovation and student engagement programs under Techpedia.in, Ignited Minds, Summer School initiatives, and associated award platforms . The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of program activities, including outreach, project evaluation, event management, and strategic proposal development.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management and communication skills, an understanding of innovation and research ecosystems, and the ability to engage with students, institutions, experts, industries, and funding partners. The role requires independent execution, attention to detail, and a passion for promoting grassroots innovation and technology-led impact.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead outreach and promotional campaigns for awards and innovation programs to maximize participation and engagement.

·      Coordinate calls for entries and manage end-to-end project submission processes across various initiatives.

·      Compile, organize, and conduct preliminary screening of submitted projects based on program guidelines and evaluation criteria.

·      Facilitate expert review processes for project submissions under GYTI and other award platforms, ensuring timely evaluation and selection.

·      Coordinate communication with reviewers, participants, institutions, and external stakeholders throughout the assessment cycle.

·      Plan and execute award ceremonies, recognition events, and associated program activities.

·      Develop CSR proposals and partnership documents to mobilize institutional and corporate support for awards and innovation initiatives.

·      Prepare reports, presentations, program documentation, and impact summaries.

• ·      Support continuous improvement of program processes and identify opportunities to expand outreach and program impact.

Salary range: Rs. 40,000/ to 60,000/- pm

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 11 months, renewable if satisfactory performance
