Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Documentation Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves managing and preparing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international marketing, and maintaining accurate records. The specialist will also support efficient communication with clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processes.

Qualifications

·       Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in Export Sales Documentation/ International Business.

·       Good command in English language and computer-savvy

·       Certification in Export Promotion/ International Trade will be preferred.

·       Prepare Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and export-related documents.

·       Coordinate with foreign warehouses and maintain MIS reports.

·       Handle email communication with international customers via email.

·       Update and manage records on ERP/CRM systems and international portals.

·       Support the International Marketing Team with documentation and coordination.

·       Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all documents.

·       Good knowledge of latest export rules, regulations and compliance requirements.

·       Ability to handle multiple export orders and ensure timely documentation.

·       Attention to detail, accuracy, and capability to work under deadlines

·       Capability to manage overseas client relationships, where necessary.

·       MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Commerce Graduate.
