Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong industry experience to join our creative team. If you have hands-on expertise in graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and video editing, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with aspiring designers, we'd love to hear from you.

This role combines creativity with mentorship, giving you the opportunity to shape future creative professionals while working on exciting in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities

·      Teach Graphic Design and Video Editing using real-world workflows and industry practices.

·      Create engaging practical assignments, workshops, and portfolio projects.

·      Guide students in branding, visual communication, layout design, typography, and color theory.

·      Train students in motion graphics, animation principles, and video editing techniques.

·      Mentor students in creating professional portfolios and creative projects.

·      Develop and update learning materials aligned with current industry trends.

·      Create marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, and promotional videos for the institute.

·      Conduct online and offline sessions as required.

·      Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback.

·      Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills Required

·      Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CorelDRAW .

·      Good understanding of branding, social media creatives, print design, and digital marketing assets.

·      Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, storytelling, and visual effects.

·      Basic knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

·      Degree/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

·      Minimum 2 years of professional industry experience in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing.

·      A strong portfolio showcasing creative work is mandatory.

·      Prior teaching experience is not required .
