Executive Assistant to Principal Location: Vidyashilp School, Bagalur Reporting To: Principal Key Responsibilities Manage the Principal’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and correspondence. Prepare minutes, reports, presentations, letters, and official communications. Coordinate with teachers, HODs, administrative teams, parents, and external stakeholders. Track and follow up on action points and pending tasks. Support the Principal in day-to-day school operations and events. Maintain confidential records and documents. Handle calls, emails, visitors, and requests professionally. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Principal as required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 3–5 years of experience as an EA/PA/Administrative Coordinator, preferably in a school. Excellent communication, organisational, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
