Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring consistent service standards, guest satisfaction, and efficient use of resources at the Rishikesh property. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating with departments such as front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, and monitoring adherence to SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role involves tracking operational KPIs, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and supporting revenue and cost-control initiatives in line with company goals. The Operations Manager will also handle escalation of guest issues, support planning and execution of events, and collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement and expansion initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular coordination with resort locations.
