We are looking for a visionary Head of Growth & Marketing to partner closely with the leadership team in shaping the company's next growth chapter.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's global growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build scalable demand generation programs to accelerate enterprise pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive global market expansion and identify new growth opportunities across regions and industries.
- Establish a high-performing go-to-market (GTM) engine across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Develop and strengthen the company's brand positioning, thought leadership, and market visibility.
- Leverage AI, automation, and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and scale.
- Own growth metrics, marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI measurement.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth and marketing organization.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives, market opportunities, and long-term growth planning.
