About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
Fresher Data Analyst
with strong analytical thinking and basic data skills. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in data analysis and work in a hybrid environment with hands-on mentorship and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
Perform
basic data analysis
to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create simple dashboards and reports using
Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
.
Assist the team in preparing presentations and business reports.
Support data validation, quality checks, and documentation.
Work with team members to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
Maintain accurate records of data-related tasks and project activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of
Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Understanding of
SQL
for basic queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.
Familiarity with simple charts, graphs, and reporting formats.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Exposure to
Python (Pandas, NumPy)

Internship or academic project in data analysis.
Basic understanding of statistics and data cleaning techniques.
Knowledge of business reporting concepts.
